PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SHERHAUL. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE SHERHAUL.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SherHaul governing your use of the SherHaul mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using SherHaul, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
SherHaul is a productivity application for trucking carriers that provides GPS-assisted detention tracking, lumper receipt capture, AI-generated dispute letters, PDF claim generation, and broker email pre-fill. SherHaul is a documentation tool. We do not guarantee recovery of any detention or lumper claim — acceptance is at the sole discretion of the broker or shipper.
You must create an account to use SherHaul. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@sherhaul.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No payment information is required to start the trial on iOS.
Sherhaul Pro: After the trial, continued Pro access requires a subscription at $29.00 per month, billed monthly and auto-renewed unless cancelled.
Billing: iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not process or store your payment information directly.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase.

SherHaul uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate dispute letters and extract data from lumper receipts. AI-generated content is for productivity purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to brokers or shippers. SherHaul is not a legal service and AI-generated content does not constitute legal advice.
SherHaul requests location access to detect dock arrivals and measure detention time. You may revoke location permissions in device settings at any time — manual arrival logging will remain available.
You retain ownership of all content you create in SherHaul. By using SherHaul, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service. We do not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
SherHaul, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SherHaul and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in SherHaul.
SHERHAUL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CLAIMS SUBMITTED USING SHERHAUL WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PAID BY ANY BROKER OR SHIPPER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHERHAUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may permanently delete your account from the Settings screen in the app. All data including claim history, photos, and load records will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
