Include your DOT number and, if it is about a specific claim, the date and the facility. That is usually enough for us to find it without a back and forth.

Not today. Arrival is logged by tapping the button. Automatic arrival detection is in progress and will arrive in a future update.
The arrival timestamp is stamped with the coordinates where you tapped Log Arrival. That is what makes the claim hold up when a broker pushes back. Location is only read when you tap.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iOS Settings, not in SherHaul. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, pick SherHaul, then Cancel. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged.
Account, then Delete Account, inside the app. That wipes your profile, loads, sessions, photos, receipts and claims from our systems. It cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Claims are sent with a reply-to address we monitor. Forward anything you get to the support address below and we will help you work out the response.
